District “Ovocné sady”

A new district “Ovocné sady” is being built near the airport in Bratislava, bringing modern living in practical apartments and public spaces for leisure activities
A total of 922 flats and 102 apartments will be built here and its construction is planned in several stages. The total built-up area will be 81,000 square meters.
For this project, several types of air conditioning units have been produced for both rooftop and indoor installation, specifically W-TYPE, S-TYPE, P-TYPE K in different size ranges.
