GZ Media - Record pressing hall

Loděnice

The record pressing plant which celebrates 70 years since the first record was pressed in Loděnice is undergoing a major modernisation in three stages. Ventilation of the pressing plant is provided by three VentiAir air handling units installed on steel structures in the gap between the main production building and the printing hall.

The W-TYPE series units are fitted with rotary heat exchangers, powerful motors including frequency inverters, evaporators with 8 and 10 circuits, silencers and free chambers are left for the possible addition of hot water air heaters in the future.

The project requirements were to maintain low ambient noise level and therefore the units are designed for low cross-sectional velocity.

The assembly ventilation units will provide a total ventilation air supply of 81,500 m3/h.
